Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool, when using Auth-Switching to
  perform DBA tasks, -551 occurs.

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 Administration Tool V7.2.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A  logic  control  bit  was   not       *
  *                      initialized.   Depending  on  the       *
  *                      residual  value for  the  storage       *
  *                      during a run,  this could lead to       *
  *                      the use of hex zeros as the SQLID       *
  *                      for  the process and  an eventual       *
  *                      SQLCODE551.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  When using the Authorization Switching function, SQLCODE551 may
  occur  on a SET CURRENT SQLID  statement due to the SQLID being
  hex zeros.
