ABEND0C4-11 KO2ASUB2 + x'4156' (PK47366) on a D20BC0381000
instruction (MVC) using R12 while browsing APPLICATION TRACE
after the trace area became full.  R12 offset x'38' points to
storage not accessible and leads to the ABEND0C4.
