  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1.
  BPA Long Term Analysis (LTA) hangs during processing of BPD
  files. No BPA LTA reports are created.
  2.
  BPA LTA window: The pagesets associated with a BP in tree
  "Objects to display" are not displayed sorted.
  3.
  BPA LTA window: The check boxes and radio buttons displayed
  in trees "Counters to display" and "Objects to display" are
  slightly truncated.

  For BPA Object Placement, Simulation and Long-term Analysis
  window pressing key F1 does not launch the online help system
  and pressing key ESC does not close the window.

  1. Enhance error handling during dynamic compositiion of
     accessibility information.
  2. Sort tree entries in tree "Objects to display".
  3. Add spacing to radio buttons and check boxes in trees.
  4. Process F1 and ESC keystrokes.
