Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool panels ADB21TSE "Build SQL SELECT
  Prototype", ADB21TIN "Build SQL INSERT Prototype", ADB21TUP
  "Build SQL UPDATE Prototype" and ADB21TDE "Build SQL DELETE
  Prototype" did not add quotes to mixed case columns which had
  uppercase characters in the first two positions resulting in
  a SQLCODE -206:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -206, ERROR:  ID_NUMBER IS NOT A COLUMN OF AN
  INSERTED TABLE, UPDATED TABLE, OR ANY TABLE IDENTIFIED IN A FROM
  , OR IS NOT A COLUMN OF THE TRIGGERING TABLE OF A TRIGGER

• Use the QUOTE command on the panel

  present.   This APAR changes the algorithm to test all
