• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The error handling from a storage request failure was not
  properly accessing the needed fields which caused another error.
  This fix corrects the error handling and displays the original
  error message and ends properly.  The message that was to be
  externalized was
    ALAA501E-IARV64 FAILURE...RET CODE: &V1, RES CDE: &V2.
