Error description

• Incorrect output or job abend may occur if altering a table by
  adding a column. Occurs against a DB2 V9 reordered row format
  table. This requires existence of at least one variable length
  column in the table. Prior to this fix, that scenario was not
  treated as a table versioning issue, but it needs to be included
  in that category of processes which resolves the error.
