  ABEND0C4-11 KO2ARSB2+7326 (PK35988) on a MVC instruction
  D2071000701A, R7 bad.  The routine in KO2ARSB2, being passed
  a DB2 DATABASE ID (DBID), is trying to resolve the DATABASE
  name when the ABEND occurs.
