  ABEND0C4-11 CQMOXG81+2582 (PK51565) on a D505 5000 C562 (CLC)
  instruction with R5 being bad.  This ABEND is similar to the
  ABEND0C4 reported in PK51565 with FRR PARAMETER AREA of zeros.
  Also ABEND0C4-10 CQMOXG81+2576 (PK51565) on a E35050180017 LLGT
  instruction, again with R5 bad.
  

Local fix

• Turn off object collection by adding
  OBJECTS(N)
  to the CQMPARMS file and cycling the collector
