  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  Since IMS Version 9.1, DBFUMIN0 was changed to set the same
  value to the logically begin SDEP RBA (LB) and the logically
  end SDEP RBA (LE).
  OAE was not changed to process LB and LE for the empty ADS that
  was initialized with DBFUMIN0 after IMS Version 9.1.
  

Problem conclusion

• OAE has been modified to process the empty ADS that was
  initialized with DBFUMIN0 correctly.
