APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Sample jobs IQCA@@AB, IQCA@@DM and IQCA@@RE have dataset name
  qualifier errors. RESLIB and SIQCLOAD data set naming has
  incorrect high level qualifier (HLQ) designations.  These
  need to be corrected.
  
  Additional issue addressed: The IQCSELCT error messages are not
  documented in the latest QCF User's Guide as expected.  Messages
  IQC3000 to IQC3100 need ot be added to the User's Guide.

  Final issue addressed: Jobs created from the aforementioned
  sample jobs or skeletons have the wrong CHKPT control statement.
  The type of checkpoint is showing, instead of 'CHKPT' itself.

  *                      skeletons, but other prefixes are used  *
  *                      in some DD statements reffering to IMS  *
  *                      RESLIB and QCF SIQCLOAD libraries.      *
  *                      - JCL,created from skeletons, does not  *
  *                      have 'CHKPT' word in checkpoint         *
  *                      control statement- it is wrongly        *
  *                      replaced by the type of the selected    *
  *                      start checkpoint.                       *
  *                      - Error messages starting with IQC30..  *
  *                      and IQC31.. are missing from the newest *
  *                      QCF3.1 User's guide.                    *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  -Sample skeletons have been fixed to have the correct
  imshlq.RESLIB and qcfhlq.SIQCLOAD prefixes in the DD cards. The
  same prefixes are used in customization directions.
  -Programs are fixed to preserve the 'CHKPT' in control card
  and move the selected checkpoint type at displacement 60.
  -Changes to the QCF3.1 User's guide are requested to move back
  missing error and warning messages - QCF2.1 User's guide can be
  used for these messages untill changes are published.
  These messages have not been changed in the new QCF3.1 release.
  

Problem conclusion

• -Skeleton are changed to have th correct imshlq and qcfhlq
  prefixes.
  -Programs are changed to preserve the CHLPT control word
  and to move the type of selected checkpoint at the end of the
  control card.
  -Request is created to move back nissing messages to QCF3.1
  User's guide.
