Error description
After a DFSUDMP0 As-Is JCL job abends, the resubmitted job receives ABENDU3312 and DFS3312A. The cause of the problem is that HPIC sets an incorrect flag in the RECON control if the HPIC IC process is scheduled by PGM=DFSUDMP0 and database authorization fails.

This situation makes further authorization fail and no subsystems can access the database. This problem occurs when following conditions are satisfied; - HPIC Batch Image Copy Function has been processed with IMS-compatible JCL which is specified PGM=DFSUDMP0 on EXEC statement. - Database which is to be processed is already authorized to other subsystems. The cause of this problem is that HPIC does not sign off from DBRC when abnormal end is detected in DBRC processing. HPIC should issue DBRC macro for sign off when DBRC process has failed.
Problem conclusion
FABJDMPN has been modified to call DBRC interface for sign off request. The following modules have been reassembled. FABJDMP7 FABJDMP8 FABJDMP9 FABJDMPA
