Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool ALC command does not create the
  LABEL ON VIEW statement after a dependent table is dropped and
  created to add a column to the middle of the table.

  (1)Some LABEL and COMMENT ddl was incorrectly suppressed in the
     process of ddl conversion.
  
  (2)Since DB2  Admin generates ddl  without an "IN database_name.
     tablespace_name"  for tables created in the default database,
     the ALTER  process  involving a new database name cannot find
     the existing name to change, so an  "IN . . ." clause must be
     added when  changing from  the  default  database  to another
     database.   Whether the addition of an "IN . . ."   clause is
     necessary   was  being  determined  by   searching   for  "IN
     database_name.   tablespace_name";  but if  a table  has been
     created with an  "IN DATABASE database_name" clause,   an "IN
     . . . " clause was mistakenly added.
  

Problem conclusion

• (1)LABEL and COMMENT  ddl no longer suppressed in the process of
     ddl conversion.
  
  (2)An  "IN database_name.tablespace_name" is no  longer added if
     an "IN DATABASE database_name" clause is present.APAR closing
     text.
