PK66135: FOLLOW ON TO APAR PK63054 PANEL ADB25TU3 COMMENT FIELD NOT UPDATED WHEN CHANGED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool panel ADB25TU3 "Specify <template
  type> TEMPLATE Usage" eg "Specify UTILITY TEMPLATE Usage" does
  not reflect changes made to the REMARK field on panel ADB25TE
  "Utility Template".
  This is a follow on APAR to APAR PK63054.

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: DB2 Admin Tool users who use templates.      *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a template remark was changed in   *
  *                      screen ADB25TE, entries with that       *
  *                      template still appeared in screen       *
  *                      ADB25TU3 with the old remark.           *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  When template remarks were updated, the update was not reflected
  on the template usage screen.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changed such that when a template remark is updated the
  template usage screen shows the updated remark.
