Error description

• Missing records may occur in hi speed mode if URLRTIME values
  are not in proper ascending time order. DB2 confirms this order
  cannot be relied upon, and therefore this field is not valid for
  using in a sort process. This fix relies upon LRHLRSN and RBA
  values for proper sort order.
