Error description

• When IPR Unload utility is running with IMS compatible JCL and
  APF-authorized STEPLIB libraries, an ABENDS0C4 occurs in
  FABHRTI0+X'700'.

  *                      IPR Unload gets ABEND0C4 at FABHRTI0.   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  If you use a JCL that is written for IMS HD Reorganization
  Unload (DFSURGU0) to run the IPR Unload utility and the
  JOBLIB/STEPLIB are APF-authorized, IPR Unload gets ABEND0C4 at
  FABHRTI0+X'700'.
  
  The module FABHRTI0 updated the data save area defined in the
  reentrant load module.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FABHRTI0 has been modified not to update the data
  save area of the module FABHINI0.
