Error description

  • IQCABAT0 during RELOAD can get error message IQCA017E. This can
occur when QCF is looking to dynalloc only RECON1 and RECON2.
If these RECONs are not operational, DSPURX00/DSPURXRT returns
the error message because it has less than 2 RECONs allocated.
    The error message received is:
IQCA017E - Not zero return code from DSPURX00/DSPURXRT.
