PK65541: ABEND0C4 IS OCCURRING IN IPI4PR91 AT OFFSET X'4376'

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a log record type x'37' has zeroes for recovery token and
  unit-of-work id, then a search of an IMS PA internal queue entry
  will return zero values for pointers to other control blocks,
  causing an ABENDS0C4 out of IPI4PR91.
  
  Additional problem fixed: Looping in IPI4PR91 near x'F86'. loop

  control blocks, causing an 0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• Check for valid recovery token before searching internal queue
  entries. The x'37' record is ignored.
