Error description

• This APAR addresses the following problems with the Fast Path
  Advanced Tool:
     - A sample JCL HFPCZZMJ in SHFPJCL0 data set, which generates
       the site default module, is not correct.
     - FPA does not set the correct value into the TOTRECRL field
       of the total segments records in the HFPTOTAL data set.
     - The PTRCHKLVL keyword with GLOBAL command is ignored during
       the REORG function process.
     - When the REORGLIM keyword is registered in a site default
       module, FPA cannot process the HFPSYSIN data set.
