ABEND0C9 rc09 KO2APCB2+3244 (PK64093) on a D (Divide)
instrcution 1D08.  R0/R1 = 00000002 F77E7738 and since
R8 = FFFFFFFF (-1), the ABEND occurs because the quotient
can't be expressed in just 32 bits.

Local fix

  • Disable situations that use DB2_Thread_Exceptions or do not
start the agent
