  If published content linked to two sitearea and draft content
  created
  from published content, then
  com.ibm.websphere.ce.cm.DuplicateKeyException thrown while
  publishing
  this draft content.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• com.ibm.websphere.ce.cm.DuplicateKeyException: The statement
  was aborted because it would have caused a duplicate key value
  in a unique or primary key constraint defined on
  'EV_ENTRY(IGID,ITEMID,ITEMTYPE)'.
  

Problem conclusion

• com.ibm.websphere.ce.cm.DuplicateKeyException
  DuplicateKeyException is thrown because of link to second
  sitearea. When draft content created from a Published content,
  it leave the link to second stearea in published state. When
  draft content is published, it tries to move link from draft to
  published causing DuplicateKeyException.
