Error description

• In Performance Warehouse when regional setting is
  Turkish,customer gets
  "java.lang.NullPointerException error" when 'OK' or 'APPLY'
  button to
  save the CRD function within the Performance Warehouse process.

  The code level is L1603 of Performance Expert Client.
  
  Note: The workstation client menu bar has been modified.
        The new behaviour is described in the online help.

  the server has a build level of at least 08.149, as shown in
  the following messages at server startup:
