  FABAMOD0 analyzes the IBM copyright of module to get APAR
  number and APAR date. But user exit modules do not have the IBM
  copyright then FABAMOD0 performed incorrectly.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABAMOD0 has been modified to bypass the process of analyzing
  copyright for user exit modules that have prefix FAB, FPX and
  HFP.
