Error description

• After applying PK59914 receiving msg:
  DFS2085I ...  SIGN ON FAILURE RC = 228
     This problem occurs when there is no LU 6.1 Userid record
     defined in the ETOS options data set for the userid
  attempting to sign on.
  

Local fix

• Add an LU 6.1 Userid record for the userid attempting signon.

• ETO Support signon modules have been updated to allow
  signon even when there is no lu 6.1 (ISC) userid record.
