PK64310: Discordance occurs after adding a view-private file to source control in CCRC

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Adding a view-private file to source control, within several
  view private directories, causes discordance.
  
  For example, the view-private directory structure is 5 levels
  deep, /vob/<tag>/dir1/dir2/dir3/dir4. In dir4, a view-private
  file is created then added to source control. After the entire
  path is added to source control, this error is reported:
  
  Version discordance detected for 'view/VOB path'
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  After the discordance is reported, refresh the CCRC view several
  times until it reports correctly.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Discordance is reported in CCRC when a nested set of view
  private directories is created in a VOB that was loaded in a
  CCRC webview, and a view private file added to source
  control in the deepest directory.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in CCRC Client Update 7 (CU07). Customer should try
  the latest available CCRC Client Update (CU).
