• DB2 ssid less than 4-characters must be correctly generated when
  building JCL for PWH and other batch jobs.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  For PWH SQLPA started job string was concatenated
  out of several strings which were not checked for
  trailing blanks. Thus, the concatenated string
  contained blanks resulting in errors later on.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  When a specified DB2 subsystem ID (SSID) is shorter than
  4 characters the actual length of the DB2 SSID is used.
