Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool, using CM (Change Management) to
  process a second ALC change against a table, when using RPTOPTS
  (ON) for displaying LE parms during ISPF session, an oncode350
  STRINGRANGE error is reported with messages similar to the
  following:

  CEE3608I The following messages pertain to the invocation
       command run-time options.
  CEE3611I The run-time option
       :ADBCCME was an invalid run-time option or is not supported
       in this release of Language Environment.
  .
  IBM0361W ONCODE=350  The STRINGRANGE condition was raised.
       From compile unit ADBCCMM at entry point SORTD_IN at
       statement 2563 at compile unit offset +00010DFE at
       entry offset +00006A8A at address 1AE4B41E.

  information. In cases where the variable has null values, the
