Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool users may experience various FTINCL
  ISPF107  Control word errors when using the tool e.g.:
  ADB27A, LINE 2226: FTINCL ADB2USR ISPF107  Control word error
  Invalid control word parameter, ADB2USRO record-67.

  *                 after  having  previously entered  an index  *
  *                 name in the panel ADB2USR, "Specify Utility  *
  *                 Options - RUNSTATS".                         *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If a user has entered an Index owner or *
  *                      name in panel ADB2USR, "Specify Utility *
  *                      Options - RUNSTATS",  and  subsequently *
  *                      attempts  to  generate  Alter  the JCL, *
  *                      specifying "Use the  customized utility *
  *                      options: YES" on the  DB2  Admin  Alter *
  *                      panel, ADB27A,the following ISPF dialog *
  *                      error   is  produced: "Invalid  control *
  *                      word  parameter,  ADB2USRO =record-152" *
  *                      for function ADB27A,  LINE 2254: FTINCL *
  *                      ADB2USR.                                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  In skeleton ADB2USRO,  if (1) the RUNSTATS index owner variable,
  USR08, is non-blank,  or (2) USR08  is  blank and the index name
  variable,  USR09.  does not equal  "ALL",  the skeleton tries to
  use a long name table for the index name,but the table no longer
  exists.
  

Problem conclusion

• Initialize all of the RUNSTATS variables not relevant to Alter
  prior to FTINCL of ADB2USR, which imbeds ADB2USRO.
