Error description

• If a DB2 subsystem was previously monitored by QM V2.2 and is
  now monitored by QM v2.3 and the DB2 subsystem has not been
  cycled ABEND 0C4-3B in module DSNXEET can occur.

  Additional symptoms can include ABEND S0378 or ABEND S0C4 in the
  QM collector.
  

Local fix

• Cycle DB2 before changing the QM monitor version.
