Error description

• ABENDS0C4 / S0C4 in module IZTCCMD9 or IZTCCMDA when using ETO
  Support for IMS CMD call security.

  *                      1 containing hex zeros instead of SCD   *
  *                      address.                                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Abend S0C4 in IZTCCMD9 or IZTCCMDA due to reg 1 containing
  hex zeros instead of SCD address.
  This abend can occur when using ETO Support is defined to
  use the RACF return code for IMS CMD call security.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified to correct the bad address in register 1.
