Error description

• When using the DB2 Log Analysis option to load the General
  Report with multiple tables, it is possible to receive an 0C4,
  multiple load statements per table, and multiple create table
  statements per table depending on how the activity is ordered
  and how much activity exists.
  This fix will prevent the 0C4 and remove the duplicate load
  statements.
