Error description

• Increasing the BUFFHIT value increases the ellapsed time and I/O
  number.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS
  1. When PRECISE YES or ALL is specified, the elapsed time and
     physical I/O are coming from the PRECISE NO option.
