• QMF ABEND0C4 in DSQDUPNM at or near offset x'7D6', depending on
  release and maintenance levels.

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All QMF for TSO and CICS V810 and V910       *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An ABENDS0C4 can occur in DSQDUPNM      *
  *                      immediately after the "Update           *
  *                      Panel Header" trace record is           *
  *                      issued.  It can happen after the        *
  *                      RESET DATA command and possibly under   *
  *                      other circumstances.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  DSQDUPNM can be passed blanks in the owner and name fields
  when it is called to update the name of an object field, as
  part of RESET DATA processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• DSQDUPNM has been updated to check whether the panel address
  is zero and whether the panel name is blank before trying to
  update the panel header.
