APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the general report ISPF panel, choosing to generate a quiet
  time report or choosing LOAD options will normally lead to an
  additional panel to enter quiet time specifications or load
  specifications. If either of these options is selected while
  using or editing a filter file, the "Edit/Submit JCL now?" will
  be incorrectly displayed before the quiet time or load panels
  are shown. If 'Y' is entered, a S0C4 will occur.
