Error description

• A SQLCODE of -311 is possible when using certain functions
  within DB2 Log Analyis in a DB2 V8 Compatibility Mode
  environment. Dynamic SQL processing which is used only in a few
  functions was being processed as it should for NFM enviroment.
  This impacts creating tables when choosing to load data back
  into DB2, quiet time processing, and archiving detail
  information. This change will process the Dynamic SQL as it
  should for CM environments.
