Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool panel ADB26CUU 'Create Table Column
  Number' folds lowercase values specified for field 'Def. value'
  to uppercase.

  The original design for panel adb26cuu was for an uppercase only
  environment.
  

Problem conclusion

• Panel adb26cuu has new functionality added to allow mixed case
  characters in the with default field. To activate the user must
  specify NO for 'Capitalize data' in panel ADB2P2
  "Change DB2 Admin Defaults"
