Error description

• Advanced ACBGEN stops with CC=3561 if RGN=2024M and abends with
  S40D if RGN=0 on IMS V10
  Advanced ACBGEN stops with CC=3561 which is equivalent to IMS
  message DFS3561E DFS3561E INSUFFICIENT STORAGE ABOVE 16 MEG FOR
  PSB xxxxxxxx. ACBGEN stops after about 11,500 of over 20,000
  ACB have been processed. The ACBGen had been working OK with
  IMS V9 but fails with IMS V10

  *                      under IMS V10.                          *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  When the Advanced ACBGEN utility was building ACB members from
  over about 10,000 PSB or DBD members under IMS V10, it ended
  with a return code of 3561 that was associated with the IMS
  message MSGDFS3561E:
   DFS3561E INSUFFICIENT STORAGE ABOVE 16 MEG FOR PSB xxxxxxxx.
  If REGION=0M was specified on the JOB or EXEC statement, it
  ended with an abend code of S40D-10.
  
  Since the Advanced ACBGEN utility failed to free allocated
  storage, the job could not obtain new storage area.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FABQTASK has been modified to release allocated
  storage correctly.
