  Under IMS V10, HD Pointer Checker uses a subtask to obtain
  database information from RECON data set. The subtask is created
  by an ATTACH macro in a way that there is no need of DETACH.
  HD Pointer Checker gets ABEND23E because it issues a DETACH
  macro erroneously after the subtask termination.
  

Problem conclusion

• HD Pointer Checker has been changed not to issue the unnecessary
  DETACH macro to the subtask.
