Error description

• In Object Comparison Tool, when performing a comparison
  for a large amount of ddl, GOC2CMP error occurs.  Failure
  to parse a statement.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Compare results in syntax errors while  *
  *                      processing catalog records:             *
  *                       "Syntax error during statement scan.   *
  *                        Text=<text>                           *
  *                                                              *
  *                        Error occured when parsing the        *
  *                        following stmt:<stmt>" <text> and     *
  *                        <stmt> mostly contain garbage.        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  Parser failed while processing referential constraints.
  
  In general, the failure is reported to the user and processing
  continues further.
  
  As long as compare ends with a successful return code, the above
  messages can be ignored temporarily until the fix is applied.
