Error description

• When DRF calls HPIC and NOTIFY.IC fails, DRF ends with RC=0.
  This problem is cross referenced to HPIC's APAR PK60299 which
  addresses two problems:
  - The DRF step ends with a RC00 while NOTIFY.IC fails.
  - The VOLLIST is not correctly generated.

  *                      called Auxiliary Utility HP Image Copy. *
  *                      For example, if HP Image Copy failed in *
  *                      its attempt to register the IC in the   *
  *                      RECON with the NOTIFY.IC command, a     *
  *                      return code of 0 was returned to DRF    *
  *                      when it should have been 8, which is    *
  *                      reflected in the DRF Utility Report.    *

  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  HP Image Copy provided an updated API macro to DRF such that the
  correct return code is returned from the Utility to DRF.  The
  correct return code is reflected in the DRF Utility Report.
