• User applications for FABCUR6, FABCUR7, FABDRMIF, FABCRMIF,
  and FABDRMI0 can have the attributes of AMODE=31/RMODE=ANY on
  no AMODE/RMODE parms of BINDER.
  
  FABCUR6, FABCUR7, FABCRMIF, and FABDRMI0 have been modified to
  change the attributes of AMODE=ANY/RMODE=24 into AMODE=31/
  RMODE=ANY.
  FABDRMIF has been modified to change the attributes of
  AMODE=ANY/RMODE=ANY into AMODE=31/RMODE=ANY.
  FABCWTOQ and FABDWTOQ have been introduced to be called from
  above modules, and to have the attributes of AMODE=31/RMODE=ANY.
  FABALINK and H31A320J have been modified:
  - to change the include module from FABCWTO to FABCWTOQ for
  load modules FABCUR6, FABCUR7, FABCRMIF, and FABDRMI0.
  - to add "MODE AMODE(31), RMODE(24)" statements
  for load modules FABCUR6, FABCUR7, FABCRMIF, and FABDRMI0 so
  that these modules can be dynamically loaded into below 16M
  regardless of RMODE attribute of user applications, that is,
  loaders of these modules.
