Error description

• HP Load assigns incorrect block number and RAP when all of the
  following conditions are satisfied:
  - root segment is defined as a fixed-length compressed segment
  - input unload data set is created in the short header format
    (*SH) and is compressed
  - SORT function is invoked
  

Local fix

• Specify COMPRESS=NO in the FRRIN DD explicitly.

  HP Load assigns incorrect block number and RAP when all of the
  following conditions are satisfied:
  - Root segment is defined as a fixed-length compressed segment.
  - The input unload data set is created in the short header
    format (*SH) and is in a compressed form.
  - SORT function is invoked.
  In the above conditions, HP Load mishandles the key position of
  root, because it cannot determine if the unload data set is in a
  compressed form by using the information in the header record.
  As a result, an incorrect key is used in the sorting and
  randomizing processes, and an incorrect block number and RAP are
  assigned to the root.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HPSRE15A has been modified to identify a header
  record correctly.
