On a DB2 with DB2 PTF applied, IFCID description is incorrect
in DTRD .

On a DB2 with DB2 PTF not applied, garbage is displayed in DTRD.

Furthermore the descriptions of IFCID 225 and 350 are garbadge
or missing (empty).
