Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool GEN and DDL commands do not generate
  the syntax PARAMETER VARCHAR STRUCTURE or NULTERM introduced
  by DB2 APAR PQ89544 for CREATE FUNCTION and CREATE PROCEDURE.

Problem conclusion

• The GEN and DDL commands now produce the PARAMETER VARCHAR
  option for CREATE PROCEDURE and CREATE FUNCTION.
