  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When DB2 Connect monitoring is activated for the OMEGAMON Server
  subtask PESERVER and DB2 Connect Gateway Application Details are
  requested from the PE Client Applications Summary window and no
  qualifying LUW is present for the selected application, the PE
  Client issues an internal error message with return and reason
  code 0xff/0x2b.
  When Application Details data are displayed the details might
  not match the application selected from the Application Summary
  window.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  When DB2 Connect Gateway Application Details are requested from
  the PE Client Applications Summary window and no qualifying LUW
  is present for the selected application, the application ID is
  used to qualify and retrieve the corresponding Application
  Details data for display.
