PROBLEM SUMMARY:
Many routines were replaced by D5API and they are no longer in
use. But they were still being executed resulting in abends.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Changed obsolete routines to dummy routines and do not start
these routines at all.

IEW2482W A712 THE ORIGINAL DEFINITION WAS IN A MODULE...
and can be ignored.
