• PROVIDE AN ENHANCEMENT THAT ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR THE HP
  SYSGEN AUTHORIZED USERID IF ALL HP SYSGEN USERS HAVE
  AUTHORITY TO UPDATE MODBLKS/MATRIX  DATA SETS AND ISSUE ALL
  IMS COMMANDS.

  is "*", HP Sysgen will use the requesting userid for all
  required authorization, including IMS commands and the
