  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When Performance Warehouse (PWH) tries to alter tables in the
  PWH database DB2PM, the table space named DB2PM.PROCESS might
  enter check pending state and become unavailable for further
  start up processing of PWH. PWH will receive SQL error -904
  with reason 00C900A3 and stop subsequently.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  When Performance Warehouse experiences SQL error code -904 with
  reason 00C900A3 during start up processing, the error is issued
  to the server log, the current unit of work is discontinued, the
  check pending state of the corresponding table space is cleared
  and a retry cycle is executed.
