  This APAR provides the function to prevent the risk of
  corrupting database when segment edit/compression routine is
  changed during the reorganization and the database is reloaded
  by IPR Driver with the REORGINPUT=ULDS option.
  If compression routine is changed during the reorganization and
  the input unloaded data set is in a compressed form, the reload
  job will end abnormally and the registered DMB entry (RDE) will
  not be updated.
  To use this function, the following maintenance is required:
  APAR PK61459 for IMS Library Integrity Utilities (FMID=H27P110)
