Error description

• 1. SQL/PA and Easy Explain failed when processing SQL statements
  with a length exceeding 32767 characters.
  2. Performance enhancements made to the SQL/PA validation module
     ANLCHECK.
  3. Provide CLIST to add SQL PA to the Launchpad
     for R320 only.
  4. On panel ANLPIDX2 the following message is issued:
           SYSCALL ANLISNUM  RCHOLD
     Also it appears that the change doed not occur.
  5. Improvements to the ANLCV3R2 Clist.
