Error description

• DRF with DEDB PC abended with an ABENDSC03 in a subordinate task
  when the CI map/CI dump were generated during Hash Check.
  
  This is a forward fit of HPFPU V3R1 FPB APAR PK61020.

  Forward Fit APAR of FPB V3R1 PK61020.
  DRF called DEDB PC to open and close FABASNAP DCB under the
  different TCBs, which caused ABEND SC03 in subordinate task
  when the CI map / CI dump were generated.
  

Problem conclusion

• Hash check of DEDB PC has been modified to open and close
  FABASNAP DCB in the same task.
